We use a secure two-tier process. We accept Visa and MasterCard for your deposit. To avoid high fees, the final balance is paid via personal check, cashier’s check, or wire transfer.

2 / When is the balance due?

Final payment is due 90 days before your departure. For “last-minute” bookings made within 90 days, the full amount is due at the time of reservation.

3 / Are my funds secure?

Absolutely. 100% of your payment is held in a Bank of America trust account. These funds are legally protected and only used to secure your specific accommodations and services.

4 / How do I wire funds?

Your consultant will provide secure banking details (including SWIFT/BIC codes) with your final invoice. You can easily complete this via your bank’s online portal or local branch.

5 / What is the currency?

All prices and payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD), which is the primary currency for Tanzania’s tourism industry. This prevents fluctuating exchange rate costs for you.
