Routing: Depart your North American gateway (19 cities offer non-stop service) to Amsterdam (AMS), then fly non-stop to Kilimanjaro (JRO).
Schedule: Flights from Amsterdam usually arrive at JRO between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. On the return, flights depart JRO between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM (including a brief 45-minute technical stop in Dar es Salaam where you remain on the aircraft).
Layovers: For long layovers in Amsterdam, we recommend the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel (located inside the terminal) or the Mercure Hotel Schiphol Terminal (located airside/inside customs).

The Istanbul Stopover: We recommend staying at the Hagia Sofia Mansions, located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.
