Keeping Payments in Trust
Africa Dream Safaris deposits all payments received into a trust account held by Bank of America on behalf of the customer. We only disburse these funds to the applicable suppliers when necessary. We do not use payments from one customer to buy travel on behalf of another or to pay for rent, overhead, or any personal use, until such time as we have delivered to you the services you have purchased.
Flexible Travel & Payment
By choosing Africa Dream Safaris, you have the luxury of setting your own agenda (with our help) and you won't be shuffled through the rigid itineraries and fixed timetables that other companies often require you to adhere to. You may depart on any day of your choice and for any duration of your choosing. All of our safaris are built around your schedule and not ours. We understand that you demand flexibility and our goal is to provide unlimited choices to meet the requirements of your busy life.
Custom Itinerary
On safari, you can choose when to leave and return from game drives. Enjoy full day adventures, nature walks, cultural interactions, balloon safaris, and more, all with your professional guide.

Flight Info
The most convenient entry point for Africa Dream Safaris is Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) near Arusha, with Delta/KLM, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, and Ethiopian Airlines offering service from North America. Each has advantages—Delta/KLM provides the widest U.S. connections, Qatar is praised for comfort and service, Turkish offers the option of an Istanbul stopover, and Ethiopian is often the most affordable during peak seasons.
Guests are encouraged to minimize flight segments, plan for two nights in Arusha before starting safari to avoid disruptions from delays, and can also receive booking support from ADS’s recommended flight agent.
